Works beautifully!

I make fresh milled flour bread. My new Kitchen Aid couldn’t do very big batches & even then the gluten structure is so much better with the Ankersrum!

After using my new Ankarsrum for the first few times, I’m loving it! For the powerful mixer it is, it’s surprisingly quiet! It’s done a great job kneading my bread dough made with freshly milled flour, made homemade whipped cream so fast, and I’m excited to continue trying more recipes. Also very thankful for the great, fast and personalized customer service from Cooks on Main. I appreciated the handwritten note inside my package and having an actual person pick up the phone.
