Absolutely wonderful product. The service was fantastic. Any queries we had were answered promptly and showing and advising not to have date of birth shown on braclet was something we would not have thought of. The link removal tool was great as now days not many people would have a set in the home to do the job. Have passed on information on your product to other people.

Needed to used it, instructions were easy to follow. . . would have been easier with a small magnifying glass to see the slot hacthes on the pins though, had to guess as lightning was poor.
