People had physical response

I genuinely tried to like this room scent because the packaging and branding are beautiful, but something about this bottle felt completely wrong. The sandalwood is so overpowering that it instantly filled the room with this extremely heavy, dry, almost suffocating wood smell that felt more irritating than luxurious. Instead of creating a warm atmosphere, it made the entire room feel stale and overwhelming within minutes. What really concerned me was the physical reaction people had to it. It literally burned my throat, made me feel nauseous, and even caused someone else in the room to start coughing and gagging because the scent was so intense. I have used countless home fragrances over the years and have never experienced anything remotely like this before. At this point I honestly wonder if there was something wrong with my bottle, an expiration issue, or a bad batch because this did not smell balanced or safe to diffuse at all. I kept waiting for it to calm down or soften into something smoother, but it only became harsher and more irritating the longer it sat in the air. Unfortunately this ended up being one of the most unpleasant home fragrance experiences I’ve ever had.
