Very happy with this product. Fit as described and is good quality. Only drawback is no system to retain unit on the bottom against the tailgate. Will likely install a small piece of Velcro to avoid drilling into the tailgate for snaps. Otherwise, excellent product, very durable and is as described. Will certainly purchase more product from XG for my Bronco.

I saw your rep at SEMA and loved your tailgate storage system. I rushed right home and ordered it. Fit is fantastic and function is perfect. Great job!!!!

Some hiccups but taken care of

Ordered from Amazon. Package arrived with no hardware. I was pretty bummed and sent XG an email. I decided to go to the hardware store and got the necessary pieces. I installed it with no issues, super easy install. Hardware cost me about $15. XG customer service reached out to me within hours of my email on a holiday weekend. I described what had happened and how I was impatient so I bought the hardware myself. Long story short, customer service was spot on. Great team, they didn’t have to do anything, but still chose to try to make it right. Very commendable these days and really appreciate the help they offered. I know packing mistakes happen so no worries, otherwise the item was well packaged and arrived undamaged. I will definitely do business with these guys again. The tailgate storage is pretty awesome too.
