I use my Ceylon ground cinnamon every morning in my protein shake. I keep my bottle of cinnamon next to my blender. It lends a subtle flavor to my chocolate shake. I also add a tsp of cinnamon and a tsp of cardamom to box cake mixes or baked good recipes that need a little extra flavor.
