Light… but

I want to love this luggage. the luggage is light, but it looks pretty cheap material, the liner inside is super thin and cheap. I feel like this luggage wont last long. my previous luggage didnt have a crack by thr wheels, i checked macys, didnt find one i like and i needed urgent . Otherwise, i would definitely return it and take my time to find a perfect one. Also, the return process isnt as easy as i expected. I need to email them, then take a picture of the luggage and original box ( when i already packed and taped) , before they approved for return and send me return label.
