Solved my problems and gave me a great Saber

My shipping had some problems but theory worked with me to resolve it. The saber itself is very nice. Looks great, very bright, and good sound. Would definitely recommend the products.

Second Order, Still Disappointed

This is now the second order/saber I've purchased from Theory Sabers. My first one (a training saber) arrived with a battery that would not last more than a few hours after a full charge, even with the saber being turned completely off. When brought up to tech support I was told to buy a new battery. Onto this saber, the Ghost Flame - E33, pictured is a leather wrapped tan hilt. However, I received a hilt that was metal, a 4 pack of cheap stickers of double sided (I think) tape, and a cheap very thin strip of faux leather that is significantly darker (think coffee bean color) in shade than what is pictured. When tech support was contacted I was told "Its meant to be like that (unwrapped) for more customizability". That's well and good, but the color doesn't match what is shown, there are no instructions on how to wrap it, and its not what is advertised. I expected a little better quality faux leather as well for a $250 saber. Otherwise the SN Pro Pixel functions as advertised, which is the only reason this is 3 stars and not 1 or 2.

Good deal

I got this Neo-pixel as part of the buy a saber get two free training sabers free deal for May the Fourth. It's good quality and has many more features than I initially expected. The only two downsides that come to mind would be the long shipping time (which I expected due to the sale) and the difficulty of applying the leather wrap. I applied the wrap with the supplied tape but ended up super gluing it as well due to it falling off frequently. Overall I thought it was a good deal and a beautiful saber. It definitely made a fine addition to my collection.
