I love the July brand, they are such sturdy suitcases and travel well, easy cleaning and beautiful colours. I ordered these online and knew there was a wait period before shipping. Package tracking was great. Would have given five stars however I was disappointed when I received my delivery as there was only one case delivered despite purchasing a set of two. I sent two emails for contact with no response. Eventually we got hold of a consultant via chat and they advised other case was delayed. Solution was if needed urgently due to planned travel was for them to send a different colour ( this defeats purpose of purchasing a set and would not have arrived in time). Eventually our second case was received but not in time for our planned holiday. If only there was communication or a note with original delivery to advise...communication is key to success of all small businesses I believe.
