Bought this for my wife during the recent on line sale.
It’s an awesome piece of luggage and the quality certainly lives up to the ‘July’ hype.

Contacted July assistance team via email regarding a warranty claim. My message was answered straight away by the wonderful Maddie. After a few questions answered & evidence presentation my issue was resolved and warranty claim honoured in the most professional and friendly way. I received my replacement luggage well ahead of time suggested. I am grateful for Maddie and team. Thank you.
