Convenient and taste good

I like the shilijit gummies. I was never much on “ gummies” just because I feel like you get a fuller amt in condensed form; however with shilijit I like the convenience of taking it and easy on the taste buds. The sister isn’t really that bad either given the amt is so small. It is not a jolt of energy but I do feel it makes a difference in alertness energy for the day. I take it in the morning

These gummies pack a punch - almost like the oil to a car engine. Definitely feel more focused and present with these in the daily routine.
