Time will tell...
I've been using this product every morning when I get up for 9 days so far. I haven't noticed any difference in the way I feel as of yet. I purchased a three month supply to give it ample time to show some type of result. After that amount of time, if there are no noticeable changes, I will discontinue use but for now I'll keep at it.

Energy Booster!
I've been using this product since early May and I have noticed a difference in energy level since taking this product. It's easy to use and fits seamlessly into my morning routine. I would highly recommend giving this product a chance. I take at least 1 tablet daily, sometimes two if I've had a rough night or need an extra boost.

Some improvement
I think that this works pretty well. I got these to help with the symptoms of long-COVID. It hasn't cured anything, but it seems like some of my digestive issue have improved. I plan to use these monthly until I get a hydrogen water bottle.
