it's a keeper
i've had several performance rings and i was pleased with each one of them --- however, there is a reason why i've had several...it's because the elastomer breaks...then i order a new one so i'll have a backup in case of breakage...i understand the elastomer can rip if it's stretched too much; therefore, i am always careful to stretch it as little as possible...sometimes the problem occurs within the refund/replace window, so i appreciate firmtech's prompt response in this circumstance....despite the breakages, i still give the pr 5 stars for its effectiveness and the refund/replace window.

Get ‘em All!
They all work as promised! I love all of FirmTech’s products and their customer service is top notch. The marketing isn’t hyped as you really get a product that does what they said it would do. I really liked the Max PR and didn’t think I needed the Performance Ring, but I had a discount and decided to give it a try. Glad I did, because it provides a different experience. It’s not dramatically different, but it’s a little softer experience that fits a different mood. I’m so grateful I found FirmTech!
