Really not sure if this is making a difference. Yet to feel significant improvement but to be honest not sure what i should be looking for in myself. Easy to use, lack of distinctive taste that takes over your preferred beverage which is good, I prefer early morning in my first cup of tea, Have tried in cold drink- not so unnoticeable. Will continue following the articles i have read about this type of collagen.

Collagen glow up
My collagen glow up has entered the chat… I’ve officially become that person who gets excited about collagen 😂 but honestly, Ancient + Brave Wild Marine Collagen has really impressed me! I previously used their Bovine Collagen for about 6 monthswhich was also brilliant, but after reading about the benefits of marine collagen for A blood types, I thought I’d give it a whirl. And wow… I’ve genuinely noticed a big difference. My skin seems to have that lovely “did you sleep 8 hours and drink all your water?” glow ✨, I feel better overall, and I’ve noticed a real difference with my joints and hair too. But here’s the BIG thing for me… 🐟 NO fishy smell. 🐟 NO fishy taste. 🐟 NO pretending it’s delicious while secretly holding your nose. 😂 I’ve tried quite a few marine collagens, and this is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t have that dreaded fishy aftertaste. Even their Bovine Collagen has no unpleasant taste or smell compared with others I’ve tried. I just add it to coffee or my herbal tea. And can we talk about the packaging? 😍 I absolutely love the glass jar. It feels much more luxurious and looks lovely sitting in the kitchen rather than like another random tub of “health stuff”. The ultimate test for me, though, I’ve kept my subscription! 😂 I’m usually very good at signing up for something, getting excited for approximately 6 weeks, and then cancelling because it hasn’t lived up to expectations. So the fact I’m still happily receiving my monthly collagen is basically a five-star review in itself! I’m genuinely impressed and very happy with it. 💕 Next on my Ancient + Brave adventure… the hydration products! 💦✨ Who knew getting older could involve so much research into collagen 😂

I haven't noticed any change in my body yet. Been taking a month. Also, the first batch I had did smell slightly fishy, my wife could taste fish. This second batch does have less of a smell. Only a month down, so will give another month to see if notice any changes
