TLC / STELLAR MOONLIGHT

Website says these jeans ship in 1-2 days in description. I waited 3 weeks for them to say it was actually a preorder item even though that was never listed anywhere. Finally it shipped, waited another few weeks, then it completely stopped updating. I reached out to them, waited 5 DAYS to hear anything back (customer service says it will respond in 1-3 days). Finally they say they’ll send me a code for account credit which takes 7-10 days. I reorder the same pair of pants. I received them yesterday. The color is much darker and yellower in the “worn” spots than anticipated. Im gonna try to style them and see if i like them any better. I feel overall disappointed with not just the jeans, but the service. I was sooo excited to get these and thought i’d be in LOVE, now im just let down.

The color that we received is completely different than the jeans in the picture. False advertising. It’s like a super dark blue wash. We returned the item weeks ago and have not received any communication or store credit. The return process is a nightmare. Ready to file a dispute with my credit card company.
