Wild Buns

The quintessential gluten-free hamburger bun!! The only one I've tried so far that holds up to a real, medium-rare organic, range-fed beef-burger (sorry vegans) and/or bean-burger, fish-burger and big juicy bun-sized grilled portabello mushroom. YUM!! And I've been diagnosed with celiac since 2013, so I've tried a few!! I'm a Happy Camper!

Great buns! We enjoyed them with burgers but the best was left over prime rib. Prime rib dip, thinly sliced prime rib (heated)., lightly toasted buns lightly buttered, dipped in creamed horseradish and au jus. Best French dip of your life.
