Felt Mallets

I purchased for my grandson - the original wooden mallets were like nails on a chalk board. I ordered the felt to replace and one of your reps also ordered them for me! I only received one set however. I purchased it because my grandson comes to my home and wants to play my RavVast drum. As a sound bath facilitator the RavVast brand is my drum of choice. My grandson does love it and his parents have told me he is drawn to it (and they direct him to it) when he needs to regulate his behavior to indoor activity.

First ones shipped came with three pieces to the package -- since the felt came off the stick. I was disappointed in the quality. Sarah made all the important apologies and had another set shipped to me. With all the money you spend on commercials, you might put some into making quality mallets. My ride with panda has not been a pleasant one. + Sarah promised me that she would take me off the mailing list. Panda is getting very predictable. I'm still on the mailing list. Sarah try desperately to make everything right, but it seems she's fighting the losing battle with the people that are above her pay grade.

It came in a bag, not a box not even one of those triangle cardboard things to protect the mallets My research suggests take good care of your mallets. Don't just keep them on a flat surface. These came in an envelope type thing and were lopsided If panda cares about drums and the sound you would think that you would be able to ship a mallet so it is in pristine shape on arrival My dealing with panda has been a long long nightmare Started June 1. Perfect world I would've returned the drum, but I didn't know whether I would get my money back in my lifetime And for anybody that has had a totally different good experience I am truly happy for you
