WSB™ Interior Wood Stud Bracket Kits

Doesn't fit a 2x stud!

What gives? Everything here says for 2x studs, yet when they arrived, they clearly take a 1.5x stud. Did I get the wrong order or has this been missold? Or am I being completely stupid? Have sent an email to sales, let's see if they respond.

The brackets came within a week and were packaged well. Overall seem to be good construction.

Interior Wood Stud Bracket - Horizontal only

First, the primary purpose of the bracket is to create horizontal rafters in your shipping container - and it does a great job at that. However, in my case, I also needed vertical wall studs as I was framing my to be a field mini cabin. The bracket would be a better design if the down leg also had a slot to place a 2x2 / 2x4 stud to insure plum and easy tie in. Since now I have to purchase additional "L" brackets to attach the two boards, just that much more cost to an already stiff sticker price.
