Poor quality, highly disappointed in the rings in the case especially real real garbage like you get it in a nickel machine in a supermarket very disappointed

I live the product but less than 30 minutes after i made an order i realized i ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service and and gave them my order number and asked to have my order changed to ine size larger. The rings didnt ship out for several days after. I never got an email back and the rings were not changed. Again I think the product is amazing. The best ring i have ever bought. I work in law enforment and have lost a couple during work and will continue to replay with the same product. They are comfortable and just a great ring but customer service was not helpful at all.
