I wear a 8.5 and ordered a 9 and it was too tight. I returned them for a size 10 and they feel great! The entire experience from ordering the boots to exchanging them was a flawless transaction! You are kept in the loop of each exchange until it's completed. From the moment you drop the package off at the post office you'll receive an email tracking the package while its in transit. You'll receive another email informing you package has arrive and the exchange had taken place. The next email informs you the package has shipped and the eta.
