Some products work for some people and this one did not for me. I did not sleep well on nights that I took this and will ask for a refund. I'm glad it works for others.

Help with hot flashes

I started Zenful about 1 month ago and it has not only helped with my hot flashes, but has also helped me sleep better, decreased my mood swings, and improved my mood over all!
