I purchased the F2 used With no charger, no headlight, And at the time I did not know that the controller was bad but I knew the bike wasn’t working ordered a new controller. Had a problem with shipping, but customer service was amazing, got me a new one on the way in no time with no additional charge. Went on my first 10 mile ride and everything worked perfectly, would recommend.
