Replacement Remote for MCombo

Never was able to buy correct one

I tried multiple times to reach a person at your company about the replacement remote I needed the best I did was email asking for original invoice showing where chair was purchased. I was not the first owner and do not know who that person I purchased the chair second hand, I need a replacement power cord as well on my second try I now have the correct power cord. The replacement remote is easily identified because at the connection point of the cord it needs the female connection most of your replacement remotes have a male connection on them looking at your pictures. You may have a quality product but reaching a live person is IMPOSSIBLE!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a little bit of difficulty in ordering the correct remote for my recliner and reached out to MCombo for help. Iris in customer care took care of me immediately sending out the correct remote. The service could not have been better.

Clearly a design flaw

I had previously ordered a replacement for my husband's chair remote. The very same button on the replacement failed as did the original. I had to purchase yet another replacement to be on stand by for when the 1st replacement fails, too. I'm not confident that it will work long term and will not purchase MCombo in the future.
