Alastin Hydratint: Great Formula, Disappointing Coverage

I've been testing the Alastin Hydratint and have mixed feelings about it. The formula itself is impressively lightweight – you barely feel it on your skin, and it doesn't clog pores at all, which is a major plus. The universal tint is surprisingly effective, blending well with my darker complexion when many "one-shade-fits-all" products fail. That aspect genuinely impressed me. Unfortunately, where it falls short is coverage. I expected it to provide at least some evening of skin tone, but the coverage is minimal to nonexistent. If you're looking for anything beyond the slightest hint of tint, you'll be disappointed. While I appreciate the breathable formula and shade adaptability, I won't be repurchasing. For the price point, I need something that delivers at least some coverage along with the skincare benefits.
