Effective
This is a great balm which is outstanding on dry skin. I mainly use it for dry lips, elbows and knees.
Sometimes on the dry ends of my hair.
After using it, whatever is left on my fingers goes on my cheeks and under the eyes.
I love balms and have tried many, this one is a winner.
