Don’t lose a simple part

This part is great Hitch is awesome and easy to use Trailer is a gem too Secure it well when hauling behind a vehicle We had our trailer on our rack hauling it behind our vehicle During transit the main bolt on the hitch unscrewed itself, we lost the bolt part on the road We contacted burley to replace the small part we lost, only to learn they do not sell individual parts for the hitch We had to replace the entire hitch, which was quite costly, even with the meager discount they offered I’d give five stars if burley sold individual replacement parts
