Initial order was received after a week - bracelet with several links broken, had to send it back and wait for another 2 weeks to receive back a new bracelet. Defective orders take longer to remedy than orders with size changes, which are processed immediately. Interesting to see the company takes 5 business days to ship an order after it was placed and confirmed, takes me back to before Amazon times, very nostalgic! They will also send you a personalized poor-quality AI video “just for you,” thanks shAIne!
