Great size, lots of pockets

This bag is the perfect size for my work trips. All the pockets are also amazing. However, the inside pockets dotn work great and pull on the bag. I also had an issue with the zipper that failed before the 90 days, so I got a new one. Still using it.

Poor customer service

I don’t like how when I placed an order and then tried to cancel to switch to a different bag it wasn’t possible. When I reached out to them I got no response to resolve it, yet somehow I keep getting emails reminding me to leave a review. Besides this I have nice opinions on the bag just not happy with the customer service.

Great backpack

I love the backpack. I use it for work. I am an educator so the multiple pockets for the water bottles are great. The only thing I wish it fit my lunch bag. So I had to buy a small lunch bag to fit in the bag.
