I hesitated before I purchased this course because one reviewer said that the background music was annoying. I purchased anyway due to the fact that I was sure that the content would be great. I have to agree somewhat with the above mentioned reviewer but add that the background music is beyond annoying!! It is so annoying that you cannot focus on what the presenter is saying. And, at some points, the background music fluctuates between the left ear and the right ear making it almost impossible to concentrate. I have sent an email to customer service about this and was sure that the message was not passed along so I called the company and got a recorded message. So when this opportunity to review this product came up, I took it. I have even tried to think of some way to run the audio through a mixer to take out the background audio altogether but that does not seem to be possible. If you can imagine being in a classroom with an instructor that you really wanted to learn from and having "more than distracting" music playing in the background, this is what you get. If you are thinking of purchasing this product I would email the company to see if they have a version without all the distractions. This is a course that I would like to watch numerous times but I cringe whenever I put it on. Before I purchase other online programs from Sheepdog Response I will make sure that there is nothing like this in the background and if there is, I will pass.

Excellent! Definitely recommend for anyone yet no medical training.
