Best journal I’ve tried
Perfect for me, I’ve tried bullet journaling and a lot of different structured journals like this own, but this one is the best for me and covers all the areas I care about. I’m on my second one!

A great aid in clear thinking and self care
I’ve not used it yet. They’re a great idea and I understand the benefits. I journaled through a challenging time of my life back in January.
