I bought a TI Rootdown full build directly from the Chromag shop over the phone five and half years , it was an awesome bike buying experience, dealing with Chromag’s knowledgeable staff over the phone and in person about what ever questions I had was and is a good experience, I recently stopped in the shop on my way through Whistler and bought there Pilot pedals for my rootdown, and no regrets, the pedals are amazing, my feet are glued to the pedals I feel so connected to my root down, definitely a happy Chromag owner and customer ✌️

The best of both worlds

After 6 weeks of heavy use in the bike park and trail riding I can say that these are my new favourite pedals. It's the og spd feeling mixed with Chromag pedals. Entry and release is consistent (I don't find this to be the case with crankbro's)and feels solid every time with both Chromag and Shimano cleats. They have better mud clearance than spd's. If you remove the pins you get the same lateral floating feeling but if you keep them they feel like flats, it is very solid. Love them!
