I Love These Notepads!
I purchased all 3 of them! I use the Tod and the Self Care daily. I love that pink Self Care notepad, as it reminds me to do these things daily. I put it at my desk daily, so I can remind myself to literally look out for myself. By using this, I do not have to wonder if I drank enough water, moved a bit, walked outside etc. I would highly recommend these Notepads! I use them daily!
