Product exactly as expected

Quick delivery and the case I received (to replace one I misplaced) looks exactly like my old product! I decided to take a chance on this company without actually checking whether I was purchasing a refurb or copied product - but what I received seems identical to my old case. Replacement case

Needed a replacement charging case and was a little hesitant to order but I’m glad I did. The case arrived in a timely manner and had instructions on how to pair on package and in an email.

Won't connect to my phone

I had trouble with the case not connecting to my phone or charging the earbuds. At first, I was skeptical about buying a replacement case from this site, but after reading positive reviews from other customers, I decided to give it a try. It hasn't been the case for me.
