Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2

This grinder is amazing! It took me awhile to determine whether or not I wanted a grinder but after a few video reviews I made the decision to buy the Ode 2. I love how efficient the grinder works and the big pro is how quiet it is. I’ve improved my coffee big time with the Ode 2. If you’re ok with spending the amount, I 100% recommend this!

Great grinder for clean and sweet home brewing. I use this with the Ratio 6 and am a big fan of how uniform the grinds are. Brews have good clarity of flavor as a result.

A very consistent grinder

This is a very consistent grinder. There aren't a lot of fines or boulders. That said, I have several minor gripes. It's not the quietest grinder I've ever owned. I find the noise level to be in the middle of the range. Thankfully, it's very fast. I found that the grind recommendations are off. They aren't guidelines, they're fantasy. For electric drip, they recommend grind levels 7-9. I'm using level 3 or less. I'm still getting a handle on the flavors of the grind. It doesn't quite bring out the body and sweetness as much as I had hoped, or as much as my previous grinder did. I'm a bit disappointed in that. The anti-static feature is a HUGE plus, earning an extra star for that alone.
