Wearable Throw - Small

Pocketless Cape purchased at leaf festival.

I was very disappointed to find that my cape didn’t have any pockets. I paid almost the same amount for this cape as the longer one with more fabric and four pockets. It was my assumption that this cape would have pockets as well. Can I send it back and get pockets put in it???
