In praise of Optimist Smokey and Cali Amaro in Topo Chico

My new favorite drink is Topo Chico with Optimist Smokey and Cali Amaro. I stopped drinking alcohol some years ago. I don't miss the alcohol but have missed the smokey flavor of single malt scotch until now. This drink is refreshing and adult without the drag of the downer buzz. I love it and just bought a case of Optimist Smokey to enjoy all summer. a squeeze of lime lemon or tangerine can be nice too! on the rocks or straight up! Yes to both! Thanks Optimist Botanicals!
