I am only rating this product 2 stars because when I received it I noticed it was a product from a different company “hay chix”. When I went on their site I saw it was free to ship yet when I ordered from hay pillow they charged shipping! I reached out to hay pillow to ask for a refund for shipping since this is the 3rd product I purchased this month. I am a good customer and these products aren’t cheap- and they said no! Horrible customer service. Well they lost me as I will not be ordering from them again in the future or recommending their company to others.
