Lava Lime is a standout in the #verdewars, bright acidity,citrus forward with apple cider vinegar up front and a salinity content that makes this a fantastic pairing with seafood. If you like sauvignon blanc from nz as white wine drinker, you are going to love this with scallops, shrimp, lobster, white fish anything that's creamy and buttery as a protein is going to benefit from this sauce and it's flavor profile. It is a standout verde that is in a class of its own.
