Started out bad but ended good! :-)

Our order was "lost" by USPS. They had said that they had "delivered it" to a Parcel Locker on Friday, May 8th and not our house. We have a single family house, so have no idea what a "Parcel Locker" is?? We contacted USPS three times, and eventually was told the package was "lost". So, we were going to put in a claim for the lost package. Then, lo and behold, the package showed up in our mailbox on Saturday, May 16, 2026. No explanation, no apologies, just showed up. We are thrilled to have our Pineapple Hot Sauce!! It was a birthday gift for our daughter, as she is such a HUGE fan of it, ever since we found you guys at the Aloha Bowl a few years ago. We've been ordering from you ever since and have never had a problem before. So, thank you for getting that out to us so quickly. It's a shame that the Postal Service isn't more on top of things.
