Transformable Cat Tree

I've updated my review upon request of Happy and Polly customer support. The tree itself is misaligned and there was also a crack in the base upon arrival. I'm not sure if that is a quality control issue or if it were damaged during delivery. It is top heavy and the poles do not support it. If you try to attach anything the screws will end up stripped. I tried to make this work but it is not structurally stable for my cat to climb. If you are a cat owner you know that once a cat feels something is wobbly they will never use it again. I contacted customer support and they have issued a full refund. I offered to return the item if a label were created for UPS on-demand ground pickup. Happy & Polly offered new parts but I was done trying to make the product work. Too many parts would need replacing and I already purchased a different tree elsewhere. Their customer service is responsive but I wouldn't recommend the product itself.

I was very impressed with the quality of this cat tree. The base is heavy, and all the wood parts are solid wood. It was worth the money and I would definitely buy from this site again.

Purrfect cat tree

These cat trees are a welcome change from all the ones id previously purchased. They were horribly broken in a few months and had to be hauled to the dump. These are strong and sturdy. They are so pretty that I got the for my house and they actually add to the decor instead of detract from it.
