This scale is smaller and super light. Though I handle it with caution I do feel it is sturdy and well worth the price. It’s super accurate which helps to maintain a smaller starter. I love it!!

Can't believe I waited so long to get this

For some ingredients, weight is more accurate than volume, so it pays to have a kitchen scale. The one you guys make is easy to use and nice looking. Happy to have it!
