So far, so good. It's does all it says it will and lives up to other reviews and research I did prior to purchase. It definitely makes processing my recipes much more efficient. In addition, I feel more confident that my canned goods are safe for consumption. Please note I am a beginner, at home canner, and have only had this product for 2 days. With that said I feel I can not really give a sufficient review at time.
