Alertness & energy booster

I ordered the 1st pack for my adult son but he didn’t take it regularly enough for evidential results. I then ordered a pack to take myself in addition to 2nd pack of the 3 monthly NMN/TMG supplement I use currently in the hope of boosting my energy levels & cognitive function . I took a break after finishing the 1st pack to see if I could notice a difference & assess whether I could justify the high cost of extra supplementation At age 80 plus factors such as diet, exercise & mental / social stimulation also affect my sense of health & wellbeing as does the cooler weather. I have noticed a subtle improvement so decided to use the extra help over the winter months but be aware that the benefits may cease if I discontinue use. I would be interested in trying the collagen supplement which could improve the condition of my hair, skin & nails & possible joint pain. I would prefer to keep my comments anonymous which is why I have only commented once on the nootropics community page .

Essential plus plus!!

This stuff is great. I think I’m in the clear running for peri menopause, with all its wonderful symptoms (not!!) and Essential plus in the morning, keeps me focused, clear headed, thinking on the go and not stumbling over my words. It’s only been 2-3 weeks but certainly notice the difference.

Still to see any distinguishable results, hence the 3-stars .. so ie. still 'test-driving' to see if any noticable results in the longer-term :)
