Sleep Breathing Support

sometimes I get 5 or 6 hours asleep, but I also get 3 or 4 hours some nights too. Not consistent sleeping. I have Sleep apnea and I am claustrophobic and have anxiety , so a c-pap does not work for me.

I’ve actually purchased this for years because I wake up rested and I need that. I do wish it was less expensive but I buy it because it helps me sleep and wake up refreshed

I think it Works very Good for me, the only problem is that the effect last about 4 hours
