How to draw faces

I purchased vol.1 and vol.2. The books were very helpful especially the details of the features.As a beginner the books gave me a good idea of where to begin and to complete the portrait.

Awesome details in this book, really well written

I had bought the English version of Book 2 but when downloading it contained the French version. I am not sure how many others had this issue too but I've been emailing constantly for help to receive the English and I never received a response except once when they only randomly emailed me a wetransfer the 1 week I was out of the country with limited service during Holidays and it expired upon my return. I hadn't anticipated it that week; I apologized and emailed them continuously again mentioning I'd be attentive on their response. I emailed 2 different emails too many times but I never receive help for the book I never received in my language and I paid for. My last email even asked for a refund then still nothing. I can't recommend this. I am so disappointed because I admire the artist's work on social media and really thought this held integrity. I am sure I wasn't the only one who got a bad link to the French version too.
