It’s a children chair, so it is too small for me. But did that stop me from using my daughters chair? I forgot where I was, I forgot that it was too small, I forgot to give it back. It was so comfortable! I want one too.
The foot ring is necessary as her legs are too short to touch the floor. It makes it way more comfortable.
Please lower the price so that I can afford another one!

Very happy
Having a foot ring has been a comfort item for me- keeps my feet off the cold concrete floors- looks great on the chair base too!
