Universal Buddy | Replacement Insert

I originally lost my insert. So I ordered a new one. Well, it helps when you pay attention to what you are ordering. Yup, I ordered the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they shipped me the correct one the next day! Now that the insert 3.0 is back in stock, I ordered that one (you can never go wrong having a back up)!

I lost 2 of my Universal buddy inserts! They are my favorite koozies, so I was so happy I could replace them! Excellent customer services and quick shipping!!

I love the fact that we can still buy inserts and new lids. We got our universal buddy back in 2023 so we did not have the opportunity to get the new insert with the bottle opener and we love the fact that we can get both now we love Frost Buddy .
