Wire Wrap Statement Ring

Ring is beautiful, but the sizing is off. I got this for my index finger, which is a little bit bigger than my normal ring finger of course but its bigger than expected. Try to reach out to customer support at mint and Lily and no response.. i’ve heard of customer service is excellent but so far I’m not impressed. It’s been three days now and still no response and I’ve emailed twice :(
