Chain Waxing System - EU Plug

Easy to assemble, easy to operate. It is a convenient and compact setup. However, I expected to be quicker at melting wax pallets. I didn't time it but I think it took about an hour to completely melt Silca wax pallets at the 75°C setting. As for the price, if you have set your mind on buying their chain waxing products anyway, the heater ends up costing about €100 which is comparable in price to other products from competitors.

I am thankfull of this purchase because the chain now is clean and is easy for the next waxing. The first cleaning of the old chain was difficult, but now i have a clean chain with a wonderful rolling.

I finally decided to give wax a try and I am pleased with the initial experience. the Silca system is intuitive to use, just make sure you watch the tutorial videos in advance. It does takes some time to warm-up the wax, I would advice to treat a set of chains rather than one at a time.
