Great product, and an even much greater seller! This team was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and downright fantastic. Alyssa was amazing! The packaging was over the top, A++ all the way around on this one. I messed up my order from the start, changed my mind a few times, and I am not that person, but I found myself in that predicament. This would have frustrated anyone. So, this is the reason for the glowing remarks. I received the package in 3 days, from Montreal to Chicago, the whole experience just blew my mind and couldn’t wait to leave a review. When i travel to Montreal, I will certainly stop in. Produce real nice coffee with simple steps

Works great. Makes consistently great coffee. Easy to use and clean up. Many different ways of brewing. Excited to try different methods.
