Very Happy!
I had a bit of nervous trepidation ordering eyeglasses online from a company for the first time, especially what was at a splurge price point for me. The Visionist customer experience was fantastic. They shipped immediately, with beautiful packaging detail, and my new frames met and exceeded all expectations. They quickly responded and took care of a FedEx misstep (no fault of theirs) without question or hesitation. Great frames, great service.
The Zephirins fit my face perfectly. I was a bit hesitant before purchasing that they would be too narrow for me but they are great. Bevin from the customer service team was super responsive and helpful in making sure they were a good fit.
